Terms and Conditions


These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales made through https://shop.crdprotection.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon CRD Protection AB, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of CRD Protection AB.

Price and Payment

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.


The delivery time is stated in the order confirmation email.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

Returning products

Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages. In case of a trade, CRD Protection AB will pay for the delivery of the replacement product. When you have applied the return policy you shall return the product personally or by mail to us.

Return Policy

CRD Protection AB return period is 14 days. The return period is counted from the day you received the product.
CRD Protection AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. CRD Protection AB will pay to send replacement products.
In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase.
When returning a product:
• You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
• You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Guarantees and Services


CRD Protection AB warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year after the date of first sale (the “Warranty Period”). Only the original purchaser of a product is eligible for warranty coverage.

CRD Protection AB will not provide warranty coverage for:
• Damage due to accident or acts of nature.
• Damage due to neglect, abuse, misuse, or mishandling.
• Damage caused by improper storage or improper maintenance.
• Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or other caustic chemicals.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratched lenses and visors.
• Damage resulting from alteration, changes, or repairs not authorized in writing by Revision.
• Any other damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
If you make any modifications, changes or alterations to this product without CRD Protection AB’s authorization in writing, this warranty will be void.

If the product or a part of the product fails to perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, we will repair or, at our option, replace the defective product or part with the same or comparable item at no charge to you for parts or labor. We will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace the product within 90 days, subject to the availability of parts. We will do our best to match colors and styles but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send back the product in the exact same color and style.
In the event that the product cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement item is not available, we will refund the original purchase price shown on your proof of purchase. Our repairs or replacements are warranted only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

When you e-mail us to file a warranty claim, please provide us with the following information:
1. Your name, return shipping address, phone number and email address.
2. The name of the product and a description of the manufacturing defect.
3. The date you purchased the product, the product receipt or invoice.
After we have received your warranty claim information, you will be responsible for shipping the defective product to us at your own expense. Remember to include your original receipt, we must receive this in order to process your warranty claim. Please keep your tracking information on file.
Until we have had a chance to examine the merchandise, we cannot guarantee that any damage to the merchandise is covered by this warranty policy. If we have any questions about the manner in which our products were handled or stored, we ask that you provide us with that information; otherwise, we may be required to deny your warranty claim. If we cannot perform warranty service on a product because it is not covered by this policy, we will be happy to return the product to you, provided that you pay return shipping.

In the event any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, our only obligation to you and your only remedy shall be to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of products, which you may only obtain through complying with the procedure described in this warranty policy.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with CRD Protection AB’s privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information CRD Protection AB have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

Force Majeure

CRD Protection AB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
